Sababa Kitchen and Deli has 2 branches, one located in the ever popular Bree street, the other on Sea Point’s Main Rd.
The minimalist space lets the food take centre stage, quite literally, with a daily ‘harvest table’ laden with freshly made uncomplicated food that is Middle-Eastern/Mediterranean in style. Pick a protein (from R65 for a medium plate) and add 3 salads of your choice from the daily selection accompanied by the loveliest humus, tzatziki and other dips. Enjoy your lunch at the wraparound counter or outside at a few tables scattered along the sidewalk. Sababa is a healthy, affordable option for a quick lunch. Also, a lovely selection of sweet treats is freshly baked daily and serves as a true test for the willpower (if willpower is your thing, luckily it’s not mine).

Open for breakfast and lunch, Monday to Friday.
